Movement disorder specialists often say that exercise is the best medicine for Parkinson's.  We encourage our members to stay physically active by providing free exercise classes.  Members are also eligible for discounts on golf play at the Country Club of Green Valley.

Exercise and physical activity can improve many PD symptoms.  Get out there!
