The Parkinson’s Support Group of Green Valley encourages respite for care partners and supports care for people with Parkinson’s who live alone. Registered members are eligible for reimbursements for in-home care expenses or adult day services.

1. There is a cap of $600 per year per family for reimbursement.
2. To be eligible to receive reimbursement:
   a) The person with Parkinson’s must be a registered member of the Parkinson’s Support Group of Green Valley. New members may register here.
   b) A Care Assistance Reimbursement Form must be submitted to the Treasurer/Bookkeeper within 90 days along with original receipts for services received. Only original receipts will be accepted.
