Chair Exercise Class

The Parkinson's Chair Exercise Class is held three times a week (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday) at Valley Presbyterian Church from 9-10am.  The class is also videotaped and the sessions are posted on the support group's YouTube channel.  To view a workout, click on a date below to begin. Plan to exercise with us routinely and enjoy being active. Schedule variations are announced in our newsletter.

Mia Lee Cooper, a certified exercise trainer, leads exercises that address the needs of people with Parkinson's.  If the person with Parkinson's has balance issues, he or she should be accompanied by a partner or caregiver when exercising.
